DESCRIPTION: An vintage designer 1970's Sapphire and Diamonds dress ring. A pretty asymmetric design with brilliant Diamonds and Midnight Blue Sapphires in 18ct yellow Gold (a full hallmark for London 1970 marked to the inside). The band is tapered and textured to catch the light.
